The offer will run until 31st December 2024 and the percentage of discount is based on the age of the unit, as outlined below.

By participating in this trade-up program, both end-consumers and dealers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse any trade-up if the conditions are not met or if the product is determined ineligible.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any miscommunication, mishandling, or other issues arising at the dealer level.
Campaign Duration: the trade-up campaign will run from the announcement date until December 31st, 2024.
1.1. This trade-up campaign is open to end-consumers who wish to trade in their eligible units in exchange for a discount on new ZEN Next-Gen and ZENith Next-Gen products.
1.2. The trade-up campaign is only applicable for designated product models, which are: PULSAR, ZENith Mk3 and ZENith SE.
1.3. The trade-up is only valid for the purchase of new ZEN Next-Gen and ZENith Next-Gen.
No other products or models qualify for the discount.
2.1. The discount will be calculated based on the production year (first 2 digits of the serial number) of the product being traded, as per table below:
2.2. Discounts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2.3. The discount will be applied only when the serial number of the old unit is validated by the dealer and manufacturer.
3.1. The end-consumer must contact one of the listed authorized dealers (link) and express intention of using trade-up campaign, sharing serial number and product model.
3.2. The dealer will verify the product’s serial number, communicate with the manufacturer and confirm eligibility for the discount.
3.3. Dealer will issue invoice for payment.
3.4. After payment confirmation, manufacturer will ship new unit to the designated
address.
4.1. Traded units must be functional.
4.2. Normal wear and tear and minor defects are subject to dealer approval, as long as those circumstances do not impact the unit’s core functionalities.
5.1. By participating in the trade-up program, end-consumers agree to share their product’s serial number and related details for verification and processing purposes.
5.2. The manufacturer and dealer will use this information in accordance with privacy laws
and regulations.
6.1. The manufacturer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the trade-up
campaign at any time, with notice provided to participating dealers.
6.2. Any changes will be communicated directly to the dealers and end-consumers where applicable.
