General Terms
This Campaign allows customers to trade eligible products towards the purchase of a new NazaréNET Audiophile Switch or/and a new NazaréFLOW Digital Audio Reclocker under preferential conditions.
By participating in this “Rise Up with NAZARÉ” Trade-Up Campaign (“Campaign”), both End-consumers and Dealers agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”).
Innuos (“the Manufacturer”) reserves the right to refuse any Trade-up if the conditions are not met.
Campaign Duration
This Campaign will run from the announcement date until October 31st, 2026.
All orders placed within the timeframe of the Campaign will be honoured; however, delivery times may extend beyond the Campaign’s end date, depending on product availability and destination.
1.1. This Trade-up Campaign is open to End-consumers who wish to trade in their eligible units in exchange for a discount on NazaréNET Audiophile Switch and NazaréFLOW Digital Audio Reclocker. No other products or models qualify for the discount.
1.2. The Trade-up Campaign is only applicable for designated product models, which are:
a. PhoenixNET Network Switch;
b. PhoenixUSB Reclocker.
1.3. Only Dealers who have ordered a complete NAZARÉ stack as demo kit and/or have a ZENith Next-Gen demo unit purchased directly from the Manufacturer are eligible to participate in this Trade-up Campaign.
1.4. Authorized Dealers can be found in the “Where to Buy” section of the Manufacturer’s website to help identify locations for Trade-up.
2.1. The percentage discount is applied to the Recommended Retail Price (“RRP”) of the new unit, including any optional output board selected for the NazaréFLOW by the Endconsumer.
2.2. The discount applicable on NazaréNET and NazaréFLOW RRP, is a flat percentage of 10%.
2.3. The percentage RRP discount is applicable:
a. To the NazaréNET Network Switch when traded-in with a PhoenixNET Network Switch;
b. To the NazaréFLOW Digital Audio Reclocker when traded-in with a PhoenixUSB Reclocker.
As follows:
3.1. The End-consumer must contact one of the authorized Dealers and express intention of using the Trade-up Campaign, sharing serial number and product model.
3.2. Upon reception, Dealer will verify the product’s serial number, communicate with the Manufacturer and confirm eligibility for the discount.
4.1. Personal and product information collected during the Trade-up process will only be used for the purpose of verifying eligibility, processing the Trade-up and providing necessary support.
4.2. All data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, where applicable.
4.3. We do not share information with third parties, unless it is necessary to fulfil the Trade-up or comply with legal obligations.
5.1. The Manufacturer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Trade-up Campaign at any time, with notice provided to participating Dealers.
5.2. Any changes will be communicated directly to the Dealers and End-consumers where applicable.
