On the Sense App, we use the oAuth methiod as a way to securely login to the Qobuz streaming service. If you are already logged in into a Qobuz account on the browser of the device, the Sense App will detect the token and reuse it to login, logging in automatically. However, you may want to use a different user for the Qobuz account. One possibility is simply to open Sense on another device that does not have a Qobuz account configured, in which case Sense will take you to the Qobuz oAuth page to login. This is then associated with the server and you can use any compatible device for Sense. However, if you don’t have access to a different device, try the following:
- Go to http://play.qobuz.com on a browser on the same device as you are using the Sense App.
- On the top right of the screen check if you are logged into Qobuz. If so, click on your name there and choose the Log Out option.
- Go back to the Sense App > Settings > Streaming Services and try logging in on Qobuz again. A window should now show to request your user credentials.
