Download and install
To begin, start by installing the Innuos Sense app to your smartphone or tablet.
Download Sense from the app store by searching for “Innuos Sense”, or you may use the following links for the respective app stores to your platform:

When installing and opening the Innuos Sense app please make sure you allow any required permissions to install and run the app on the device if prompted (such as network access), otherwise the app may not communicate properly on the network.
Requirements
Here are the minimum requirements for Sense to operate – please check these to ensure compatibility with your control device.
- Innuos system running Sense version 2.0.5 (or later).
- Control device (phone, tablet or PC) connected on the same local network as the Innuos unit.
- Android 7 (or later), iPadOS/iOS 16.6 (or later), or, Fire OS 7 (or later)
- Internet access to the respective official app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store or Amazon Appstore)
Web UI Alternative
It is also possible to reach the same Sense interface through any device using a web browser that is connected to the same network as the Innuos. This is the suggested method if using a desktop or laptop PC. This can be done by the following methods:
- Enter my.innuos.com into the address bar to scan for available Innuos devices.
- Enter the IP address of the Innuos system to directly connect.
- Enter the hostname to directly access, for example ‘zenmini/’
The following are some indicative minimum version requirements for popular web browsers, but any other modern web browser should be supported:
