OPERATIONS INTERN (IEFP LEVEL IV)

About the Role

At Innuos, we design and build high-performance digital audio systems that combine precision engineering with an emotionally powerful music experience.

We are looking for an Operations Intern to join our Production team through the IEFP Professional Internship Programme (Level IV).

This is more than an internship. It is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a demanding and detail-oriented environment where precision, craftsmanship and quality are part of everything we do.

You will support the assembly, testing and logistics operations involved in building high-end digital audio systems used by customers around the world.

 

What You’ll Do

Support the assembly and preparation of high-performance digital audio systems.

Assist with hardware installation, electronic component soldering and basic operating system setup.

Participate in quality control procedures and product testing.
Support technical packaging and shipping preparation processes.

Assist with inventory, stock control and production logistics operations.

Follow best practices for handling electronic and ESD-sensitive components.

Collaborate with different teams to support efficient and high-quality production workflows.

Develop technical and operational autonomy across key production activities.

 

What We’re Looking For

12th Grade Diploma and eligibility for an IEFP Level IV Professional Internship.

Background in IT, Electronics, Computer Systems or related areas.
Interest in hardware, electronics or equipment assembly.
Basic understanding of computer architecture and hardware components.

Curiosity, willingness to learn and hands-on mindset.

Attention to detail, sense of responsibility and proactive attitude.

Team player with good organisational skills.

Basic English communication skills are valued due to our international environment.

 

Nice to Have

Informal or academic experience assembling or repairing computers or electronic devices.

Basic knowledge of operating system installation and configuration.

Understanding of logistics, inventory or stock control processes.

Interest in high-performance technology, music or audio systems.
