BUYER (PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN)

 

 

About the Role

At Innuos, we design and build high-performance digital audio products that combine precision engineering with an emotionally powerful listening experience.

As a Buyer, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability, quality and cost-effectiveness of the components and materials that support our production.

This role requires a structured and detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership, capable of managing supplier relationships, supporting procurement decisions and contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain.

You will work closely with Operations, Production and Engineering, ensuring that procurement activities are aligned with product requirements, timelines and quality standards.

 

 

What You’ll Do

Manage sourcing and procurement activities for components and materials, with a strong focus on electronic components.

Work closely with Engineering to understand and support Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements, ensuring accurate sourcing aligned with product specifications.

Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliability, quality and responsiveness.

Issue and manage purchase orders, follow up on deliveries and proactively address supply risks, delays and shortages.

Monitor and manage supplier lead times, ensuring alignment with production planning and identifying potential bottlenecks early.

Support cost analysis, supplier comparison and negotiation processes to ensure competitive and sustainable purchasing conditions.

Collaborate with Production and Planning teams to ensure material availability and continuity of operations.

Maintain accurate procurement data, supplier records and purchasing documentation within internal systems.

Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes, supplier performance and overall supply chain efficiency.

 

 

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Management, Economics, Supply Chain or related field.

2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain roles.

Experience working with electronic components or technical products is highly valued.

Practical experience working with BOMs (Bill of Materials) in a production or product environment.

Understanding of supplier lead times, supply risk and procurement planning dynamics.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Structured mindset with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Comfort working with Excel and ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).

Fluency in English is mandatory.

 

 

Nice to Have

Experience sourcing electronic components in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with supplier negotiation and cost optimization.

Experience managing supply constraints or component shortages.

Knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo or similar.

Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
