About the Role
At Innuos, we design and build high-performance digital audio products that combine precision engineering with an emotionally powerful listening experience.
As Brand & Marketing Global Manager, you will be responsible for shaping, evolving and consistently expressing the Innuos brand across all touchpoints and markets.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands how to position a premium brand, translate technical excellence into compelling narratives and ensure consistency across product, communication and experience. Direct report to the CEO.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, to ensure that everything we communicate reflects the level of precision, depth and emotion that defines Innuos.
What You’ll Do
Define and evolve the global brand strategy, ensuring clarity, consistency and differentiation across all markets.
Lead the development of brand messaging, storytelling and content aligned with the positioning of Innuos.
Translate product features and technical depth into compelling, accessible and high-impact communication.
Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, events, partnerships and product launches.
Ensure consistency of brand experience across all touchpoints, from website to dealer presence.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Leadership to align brand, commercial and product strategies.
Manage and develop external partners, agencies and internal resources where relevant.
Continuously refine how the brand is expressed, based on feedback, performance and market evolution.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in brand, marketing and communication roles, ideally in premium or technology-driven environments.
Strong ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail.
Experience translating complex or technical products into clear and compelling narratives.
High level of taste, judgment and sensitivity to brand positioning.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams.
Autonomy, ownership and a structured approach to execution.
Fluency in English (spoken and written is mandatory).
Nice to Have
Experience in high-end audio, technology or lifestyle brands.
Understanding of international markets and cultural nuance.
Background in storytelling, content or creative direction.
Passion for music, sound and high-quality experiences.
