SALES MANAGER (INTERNATIONAL MARKETS)

 

About the Role

At Innuos, we design and build high-performance digital audio products that combine precision engineering with an emotionally powerful listening experience.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening our presence across international markets, working closely with distributors, dealers and key partners.

 

This is a strategic commercial role focused not only on sales, but on influence, positioning and long-term growth, ensuring that our products are represented and experienced at the level they deserve.

 

 

 

What You’ll Do

Build and strengthen high-impact relationships with distributors, dealers and key partners.

Influence how Innuos is positioned, demonstrated and recommended in the market.

Enable partner teams through training and product education.

Drive commercial performance by improving in-store presence and customer engagement.

Identify and unlock growth opportunities across markets and accounts.

Represent the brand globally at events, dealer visits and listening sessions.

 

Gather and share market insights to support strategic decision-making.

 

 

 

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in international sales, business development or partner management.

Strong ability to build credibility and influence across stakeholders.

Confidence in presenting, training and enabling others.

Commercial mindset combined with strong brand sensitivity.

High level of autonomy, ownership and accountability.

 

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

 

 

 

Nice to Have

Experience in high-end audio, Hi-Fi or premium technology products.

Passion for music and sound.

Experience working across international markets.

 

Additional languages are a plus.
