About the Role
At Innuos, we design and build high-performance digital audio products that combine precision engineering with an emotionally powerful listening experience.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in enabling the reliability, scalability and performance of the systems that support both our product development and cloud-based services.
Working at the intersection of software, infrastructure and operations, you will help streamline delivery, automate processes and ensure that everything we build performs at the level our products demand.
What You’ll Do
Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software delivery.
Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability and security across cloud environments.
Collaborate closely with software and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
Improve automation, monitoring and system resilience across environments.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex deployment and infrastructure issues.
Contribute to the evolution of DevOps practices, tools and standards across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
2 to 6 years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering or similar roles.
Strong understanding of Linux environments.
Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
Knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms.
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
Collaborative approach and clear communication in English.
Nice to Have
Experience with AWS, Kubernetes or similar technologies.
Knowledge of monitoring tools and infrastructure security.
Scripting skills (Python, Bash or similar).
Interest in music, technology and high-performance systems.
